Personality

You might be asked to respond to questions relating to personality. Personality profiles help potential employers understand how you might fit into a team and how you might behave under given circumstances.

Personality questionnaires are typically untimed. Questions are presented in a number of formats. Sometimes you might think that a question is being asked more than once or asked once in the negative and once in the positive. The best advice is to answer as spontaneously honestly as possible. Most personality assessments can identify participants who give inconsistent answers or pretend to be someone that you are not. In any event, who says your personality isn't precisely the one that suits the job?
